Possibly the best premier we have stayed in, as good as right on the beach, fantastic views from the top floor, and as its at the far end of Yarmouth,its quiet at night. Room was brilliant, staff were great. Stayed here as a wedding anniversary treat as we love Yarmouth, will probably book again nextvyear
My Wife and I requested a room change which was promptly and professionally actioned by Josh. We have stayed here many times and encountered Josh before who has always been welcoming, friendly and eager to assist, he is a real asset to the business! A great location and a comfortable stay (again)
Right by the sea. The Plus Rooms with a view are great and when you book and pay in advance, you can get excellent value for money. Parking is free and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Easy to park and access, good value, and a decent easy walk into town. On a bus route so, so walking isn't essential. Staff welcoming. Room clean and comfortable but decor showing its age and playing hunt the towel not ideal. Being tight with towels isn't unique to this Premier Inn, in fairness. Room warm enough and breakfast deal easy to arrange, with plenty of decent food choices and hard working staff also.
We stopped here for dinner and breakfast but didn’t stay over. Both meals were lovely and the service was excellent. The view is lovely too. Recommended
Place is next to the pleasure beach the premier inn plus rooms are a pleasant surprise as we have never stayed in one the service was exceptional in every area from the reception to all the bar staff they where courteous and accommodating for the full length off our stay
Premier inns as a whole are really good. But this particular one stood out. We took a room with the sea view and it was spectacular. Very cool. We even saw seals swimming in the waves. Also you can have a nice seashore walk. Breakfast also was the usual but still very tasty. Recommended.
I stayed here for 2 nights recently with my two kids. We had a very pleasant stay. There were 2 single beds made up in the room with my bed which was brilliant! Was expecting a sofa bed and them having to share so this was very welcome! Tea and coffee in the room if wanted and spares downstairs in reception to freely grab if you run out. Hotel very clean, all staff i interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a sea view which was really lovely, especially at sunrise! Our second night unfortunately the people staying above us allowed there kids to be running and bangin about, even early hours of the morning they woke me up. Not the hotels fault but it affected my sleep. On the whole I would definitely stay here again.
